One word to describe our Coron trip… sulit (value for money)! Two words to describe our Coron trip… super sulit. Hehe. The food is great, service is superb and people are really nice.

Caleruega is one of the beautiful and at the same time serene places I’ve been to. If you want a nice RnR without worrying too much about what you’ll eat three times a day, then Caleruega is one of the options. Popularly known as one of the retreat destinations of students, Caleruega has so much to offer other than just that. You can make it your vacation destination, you can have your wedding there (just like in Kris Aquino’s and Claudine Barretto’s movie “Sukob” hehehe) and if you want to have a picnic away from the city, they have spots just for this activity.

Mich’s birthday last June was a blast. It was a sunny-windy trip to Tagaytay with the usual great food, great sites and great 12-hour++ long, quality, and unforgettable sleep.
We stayed at the Royal Taal Inn with the accommodation courtesy of the birthday girl. Since it was just an overnight stay, we don’t have that much in our itinerary. Surprisingly, when we got there, we implicitly agreed to do one thing… and that is to sleep the entire day. Hehe. That is of course after we grilled our lunch and had Mich blew her birthday cake bangus. haha. We had bangus, super-salty pork, red egg *yum*, rice and ripe mango.
